A About Danny Mazursky
SkyBites Consulting was founded by Danny Mazursky, a good and beverage consultant with over three decades of experience building and scaling consumer brands. Danny is best known as the founder of SoCo Creamery, which he grew into a beloved, award-winning brand in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, along with leadership roles across the frozen dessert, snack foods, and chocolate categories. Based in the Northeast, Danny works with brands in New York City, Boston, and nationwide.
Throughout his career, Danny has advised and led companies through brand launches, product formulation, sales expansion, packaging design, distribution partnerships, and fundraising. His work spans innovative food brands including Sweetkiwi, Smearcase, Tipsy Scoop, and Del’s Dairy Farm, as well as large-scale growth initiatives at Nuts.com/Kopper’s Chocolate, where he helped secure multimillion-dollar contracts with American Airlines, Cinemark Theaters, and IT’SUGAR.
